Why we measure in person rather than over the phone

Photos and phone descriptions only get you so far — window sizes, light direction, wall colours and existing furniture all affect what actually looks and works best in a room. A home visit means we can measure accurately, see the room in its real light, and show you samples against your actual walls and furnishings rather than a screen.

What happens when we arrive

We'll ask you to show us the windows or doors you're interested in, whatever the scope — a single window or a full house. From there:

We measure each window individually, since even windows that look identical often aren't
We bring real fabric and material samples for you to see and handle in your own home's lighting
We talk through what suits the room — light direction, privacy needs, and how the space is actually used
We answer any questions honestly, including if something you've asked about isn't actually the best fit for your window
