Marcus and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Initially We had been recommended another company that let us down and Right Choice Blinds and Shutters were able to accommodate a very tight appointment that couldn't be changed at our end. Their knowledge and advice for the initial quote was extremely helpful, no hard sell, just friendly advice, ensuring we were getting what was right for us. We were supplied with temporary blinds while awaiting our shutters at no extra cost, which we thought was very generous. Our order arrived well within the timings initially given and the company were prompt at arranging for our fittings. If I could give 6 stars I would! I used Right Choice Blinds for shutters and blinds at my new build. Marcus was able to make arrangements to measure up before I had the keys to reduce any production wait time. Both Marcus and Scott are so friendly, professional, reliable and skilled at what they do. Marcus was fantastic! Such a quick turnaround after choosing our blinds and then getting them fitted! I think the quickest fitting ever too! 🤣 such a friendly, skilled, honest guy and would definitely recommend to anyone! Quality of blinds is fantastic and we’ve had so many compliments on them!
